We collect information necessary to communicate with you and provide our support services. This may include:

  • Your phone number (if provided)

  • Any information you voluntarily submit via the contact form or when booking an appointment through Calendly

We also use Google Analytics to analyze how visitors use our website. The data collected, which is anonymized, includes the pages viewed, the duration of visits, the type of device, and the browser used. IP addresses are anonymized. You can accept or refuse cookie tracking using the consent banner and change your preferences at any time.

2. Use of Personal Information

The information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your messages and inquiries

  • Managing appointments and service delivery

  • Providing personalized follow-up

  • Fulfilling our administrative and legal obligations

The information collected via Google Analytics is used to improve the user experience and measure the performance of our website. It is not used for advertising purposes and is not shared with other Google services.

3. Data Hosting and Security

Our website is hosted by Rebel (Canada). Information submitted through our forms is not stored on the hosting server but is sent directly via email to our professional address.

These emails are stored in a Gmail account, a service provided by Google, whose servers may be located outside of Quebec. For more information, please refer to Google’s privacy policy.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

4. Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Certain data may be shared with trusted third parties in the following cases:

  • Calendly, for appointment scheduling (see their privacy policy)

  • External links: Our site may contain links to other platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.). These platforms have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their data practices.

  • Analytics providers: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized data about site usage. Google processes this data on our behalf in accordance with their data processing agreement. No personally identifiable information is shared with other Google services or third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Cookies

We currently do not use cookies for analytics, tracking, or marketing purposes. If this changes, this policy will be updated, and your consent will be requested in accordance with Law 25.

Information submitted via email or the contact form is retained only as long as necessary to provide services and manage our relationship with you. Some emails may be kept longer for administrative, tax, or legal reasons as required by law.

Once these purposes are fulfilled, personal information is securely deleted or anonymized.
