…You want to prepare for the birth of your baby, make conscious and informed choices, and deepen your understanding of how your body works… If you feel (or you both feel) the desire to be supported in choosing your path, deciding how you want to give birth… to reconnect with your intuition, instincts, and inner confidence.
…You do not want the presence of a doula (birth companion) during labor, or you are not yet certain whether you will.
…My approach resonates deeply with you, and you wish to journey together even from a distance.

- Free Discovery Session
(A 30-minute session to answer your questions about my services, approach, and vision of birth, as well as yours, to see if I’m the right person to support you.) - Three Well-being / Knowledge Transfer Sessions* (2–2.5 hours each, virtual or in-person)
